Three students created a yearlong marketing and advertising campaign for The Zen of Slow Cooking, a Lake Forest business specializing in high quality organic spice blends. The research focused on local and national competitors, strengths and weaknesses of the company, current and future target markets, as well as identifying the company’s current marketing strategy through price, place, product, and promotional strategies. The presentation gives an in depth look at the research results, overall advertising theme, creative visuals and copy, advertisement placement strategies, new target markets, and recommendations for the business.
